Guide
Teams, players, and venues
Build the directory: home pubs, squads, player profiles, and map pins.
Venues
A venue is a place matches are played. Add a name, address, optional photos, and map coordinates. Team home nights usually inherit the team’s venue. Knockout rounds can use a neutral venue instead.
Teams
Create a team, set the home venue, and manage the roster from the team edit screen. Teams appear on standings once they are in a league competition and have played matches (or you can still list them in directories beforehand).
Players
Players belong to a team (or can be treated as unattached for singles events). Profiles can include an avatar from the media library. Frame-by-frame history is built automatically from scorecards — you do not type career stats by hand.
From the players admin screen you can invite a player by email. They receive a link to set a password and lock the profile to their login so they cannot be claimed by someone else.
Point deductions
If the committee awards a penalty, apply a deduction against a team in a specific competition. The standings engine subtracts those points so the table stays honest without editing match scores.
