Team admin (captains)
What captains see: league position, roster, directory, match sheets, and scorecards.
Team admins sign in and land on a command centre for their team only.
Dashboard
- League rank, points, and won/drawn/lost for the active league
- Recent form (last five team results)
- Upcoming fixtures
- Squad list with who has a claimed login
Roster
Maintain the squad, and send player invite emails so individuals can open the player portal.
Directory
Look up other teams, venues, and contacts without needing full admin rights.
Match sheet and scorecard
Before or during the match, open the scorecard. Fill each frame according to the competition’s format (singles and doubles slots). Start live scoring so the public Match Hub updates, then finalise when the night is over.
Home and away captains should agree the card before it is locked. If a dispute needs a committee ruling, a super admin can amend the fixture afterwards.
