Branding, menus, and email

Global settings

• League name and tag line (shown in the hero and browser title)
• Logo upload with crop, plus a media-library picker — previewed on both dark and light backgrounds
• Homepage hero background image
• Default theme (light or dark)
• Which league divisions appear as featured mini-tables on the homepage
• Independent colour palettes for dark and light mode (primary, secondary, background, surface, text)

Navigation

Settings includes menu management so you can emphasise Competitions, a Rules page, or a Sponsors link. Custom pages can be flagged “show in navigation”. The public header also collapses overflow items into a “More” menu on smaller desktops, and uses a bottom bar on phones.

Custom pages

Create pages such as Rules, Committee, or How to join. Content is edited with a rich-text editor. Each page gets a tidy URL slug, for example /page/rules.

News

Announcements appear on the homepage. Use them for winter registrations, presentation nights, or rule clarifications.

Media library

Upload, crop, and reuse photos for logos, heroes, venues, and player avatars so you are not hunting through email attachments each season.

Email (SMTP)

Configure host, port, username, password, and from-address in Settings (or environment variables). This powers password resets, player invites, and any other outbound mail. There is a connection test so you can confirm the mailbox before inviting a hundred players.
